We voluntarily band ourselves together as a group of Christian believers in Jesus Christ.
We are each personally committed to growing in the Christian faith, sharing the Gospel with others,. and expanding God's Kingdom.
We believe that the Holy Bible is the Word of God , and we recognize it as the only authority and inspiration for the faith and practice of the Christian life.
We believe that every Christian has an individual responsibility to discover the meaning of the Scriptures for their own life.
We believe in the Triune God: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe that God is the Creator, Preserver, and Ruler of Heaven and Earth.
We believe that Jesus Christ was God in the flesh and that He came into the world that the world through Him can be saved from sin.
We believe that God is faithful and just to forgive all people who confess their sins and profess their faith in Jesus Christ.
ORGANIZATIONAL BYLAWS
SECTION A - AFFILIATIONS
This organization is and shall remain completely autonomous, It is not affiliated with or subject to the control of any church, denomination, or other ecclesiastical body.
SECTION B - THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors shall consist of seven (7) persons. Each Director shall hold office until his or her death, resignation, retirement, removal, or until his or her successor shall have been appointed by the other Directors. The Board shall act in a representative capacity only. The Board shall initially consist of the Charter Members of this organization. The Board shall have the sole authority to elect and appoint their successors to office. The duties of the Board are as follows:
Secure the ministers, speakers, music leaders, and special singers for all worship services and organizational events.
Compile and maintain a list of members of this organization.
Maintain a list of any items that may be needed by tile Organization and receive such items on behalf of the organization.
Serve as the sole representatives of this Organization and its Members in all matters involving the World Karting Association or any other organizations or groups.
SECTION C - MEMBERS
Any person who professes faith in Jesus Christ as his or her personal Savior and expresses a desire to affiliate with this organization may become a member. No membership fees or dues will be required or accepted.
SECTION D - RIGHTS OF MEMBERS
Every member is entitled to participate in all meetings and activities of this organization
All members arc eligible for consideration to serve on the Board of Directors.
Every member has the right to display, use, distribute and/or sell any product (Such as but not limited to, Bibles, jewelry, articles of clothing, stickers, decals, pencils, ink pens, etc.) using this organization's name and/or logo so long as the product is distributed free or sold at or below actual cost.
Every member has the right to their own privacy. At no time will the membership list of this organization be sold or distributed for commercial purposes.
At no time will any Director or Member receive any payment, distribution, compensation, or monetary profit for services rendered to or products sold on behalf of this organization.
Neither this organization, nor any of it’s Directors or Members, has the right to request or request any offerings, contributions, or donations of money on behalf of this organization or any of its members for any reason including, but not limited to, benevolent or charitable purposes.
Neither this organization, nor any of it’s Directors or Members, has the right to open or hold in any account, any money for this Organization.
No member has the right to represent this organization or use this organization’s name for the carrying on of political propaganda, attempting to influence legislation, or intervening in (including the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office.
